Anthony P W Wachira
Anthony P. W. Wachira, fondly referred to as Tony, is the Founder and CEO of The Influential. He is a husband and father. He is an award-winning coach, training facilitator and international speaker. His mission is to vivify (bring life to) people and environments.
He serves as the Lead Coach and Learning Facilitator. He is a Certified Coach and a Certified Professional Trainer. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Entrepreneurship. He serves on two faith-based organization boards, one in an advisory capacity and the other as the Chair of the Board.
Dorcas Wairima
Dorcas is the Co-founder and the Operations and Administration Lead at The Influential. She is a wife and mother. She is passionate about women and children and has experience serving both especially in disadvantaged communities.
She also serves as a Board Member in a faith-based Trust that offers various community empowerment services to marginalized communities in Northern Kenya. She holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting a Post Graduate Diploma in Sustainable Entrepreneurship and a Master of Science Degree in Organization Development.
